Orders placed before the cut off time, 3pm Monday to Friday, will be processed on the same day, and orders placed after 3pm will be processed on the next working day.

Orders made on Friday after 3pm onwards may not ship until next working days, also orders made on Friday orders may not arrive until 1-2 business working days unless paid for the Special Saturday Delivery.

We are closed on Saturdays and Bank Holidays for Shipping orders.

1. NEXT DAY FREE DELIVERY: 1 Working Day

Free delivery on orders above £200. All orders less than £200 will be charged £7.99 for standard Next Day Delivery postage. Orders placed before the cut off time, 3pm Monday to Friday, will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed on the next working day.

2. SATURDAY SPECIAL DELIVERY

Orders will be charged £15 for Saturday Special Delivery, and we would deliver your order on Saturday. All Saturday Delivery orders must be placed before 3PM Friday and they will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed on the next working day.

For any special requests, contact the customer support team via phone before the cut off time.

Delivery Cost: £15 (No free delivery available for BT postcode customers)

3.2 SCOTLAND DELIVERY SERVICE

Some post codes in Scotland are excluded for NEXT DAY DELIVERY and SATURDAY DELIVERY as the shipping partner cannot deliver. These post codes are eligible only for Two days delivery.
